True Story: I used a third party company to book my room at The Ellison and the company forgot to add some very important information; however, the representative ensured me that she would do whatever it took to ensure I didn’t lose my room and had a nice place to stay during the busy holiday. Although, her work shift was ending she worked overtime (nearly two hours) with the manager resolving the issue. My Favorite Quote: “When I discover who I am I will be free.” by R. Ellison

You know the saying good help is hard to come by? It seems in OKC that is because all the good help works at The Ellison. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly from the time you walk in and with any questions you may have. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to order room service from the onsite restaurant, Milo, and the food was quick and tasty. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We will plan on staying again!

I really liked this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, the pool area was nice, the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was pretty good and had cool vibes and they have a really cool reading area with an awesome bookcase. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't provide the additional items I had requested to be in my room upon arrival. We were only in town for one night and got in late. So it really would have been nice to have the additional towels and amenities I had requested. All in all, I still would recommend this hotel and would stay again when in town.
